A thriving, privately owned dental group in North Louisiana is hiring a full-time or part-time Associate Dentist for its Monroe, LA location. What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry for patients of all ages.
• Perform restorative, preventive, and minor surgical procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate records and follow clinical best practices.
• Collaborate with a skilled team of assistants, hygienists, and support staff.
• Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented office culture.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school.
• Active Louisiana dental license or eligibility to obtain within 6 weeks.
• 2+ years of experience preferred, but new graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Interest in surgical, pediatric, or endodontic procedures is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $275,000 to $350,000+ 1st year earning potential.
• Guaranteed salary plus 30% of production.
• $10,000 to $15,000 in sign-on, relocation, or CE bonuses.
• 4-day workweek, no weekend hours.
