Job Description

Title: Contract Support Analyst
Hours: 40 hours/week | M-F
Remote/Hybrid/In-person: Fully Remote
Assignment Duration: 4 months


Resource's typical working day:
Raise purchase orders
Onboard suppliers, where required
Verify asset details and level of service cover required with the Operations Team
Maintain contract tracker information to ensure that all contracts are renewed on time
Contact suppliers for quotations
Negotiate with suppliers
Liaise with internal approvers and client approvers
Ensure the correct and safe storage of contracts and demand sheets
Maintain and enhance data integrity
Contribute to savings projects and strategies
Attend and lead client review meetings
Monitor and manage the invoice pool for each client together with the Operations Team
Manage short-term and long-term projects as needed
Other duties as required.

Years of Experience: at least 3+ years in contract support analyst and/or related field


Software Skills: Excellent computer skills, with experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Smartsheet is a plus
