Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for a n E-Commerce Specialist on behalf of our client, a highly regarded university in Torrance, California ! This is a full-time, on-site, direct-hire opportunity with benefits. Responsibilities: Own the execution and optimization of automated and scheduled email campaigns across multiple consumer brands. Maintain audience segmentation and list management to ensure optimal targeting and deliverability. Analyze engagement metrics and apply insights through testing and iteration to improve reach and conversions. Make minor visual adjustments to campaign assets using basic image editing tools. Ensure accuracy of product content, pricing, and imagery within the eCommerce platform. Support visibility of merchandise through promotional scheduling and supplemental content creation. Maintain consistency and accuracy in product descriptions, landing pages, and related content while incorporating SEO-friendly practices. Implement front-end improvements to drive higher conversion rates, including A/B testing and enhancements to user experience. Use analytics dashboards to identify site performance trends and recommend data-informed solutions. Coordinate with creative, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure unified messaging and cohesive execution across channels. Assist in resolving eCommerce-related customer inquiries or escalations with speed and professionalism. Deliver product performance insights to stakeholders to support future merchandising strategies. Contribute to broader digital marketing initiatives including content marketing, seasonal promotions, and brand storytelling. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or online store operations, preferably in consumer products. Proficient in email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, or similar tools, with hands-on experience creating flows and analyzing performance. Comfortable editing and adjusting campaign visuals using tools like Adobe Photoshop or equivalent. Experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and managing product listings, promotional content, and storefront operations. Compensation: Competitive salary of $70,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package!
