Role Overview:

As Environmental Health and Safety Specialist, you will be pivotal in cultivating a culture of safety and responsibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Mentor and collaborate with site associates, ensuring all EHS processes are in compliance and effectively implemented.
• Anticipate and adapt to regulatory changes, setting new standards for procedures and practices.
• Lead safety incident investigations and train the team in robust safety management systems.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety or related field with a minimum of 5 years in EHS.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulations like OSHA and EPA, with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage details with precision, progressing projects to completion proficiently.

Advantageous If You Have:

• Lean and Six Sigma proficiency.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments.

Workplace Physical Requirements:

The role complies with ADA standards, requiring occasional physical activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Constant sitting and handling tasks are part of the daily routine.
