This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of web-based applications, delivering solutions that power both internal operations and client-facing portals. The Full Stack Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into high-quality, scalable applications. The role balances technical depth with creative problem-solving, emphasizing frontend and backend development, system optimization, and user experience. With a remote work environment, this position provides flexibility while supporting high-impact projects that directly influence business outcomes.

Accountabilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive frontend applications using JavaScript and React, ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience.
• Build, scale, and optimize backend APIs and data services to support application functionality and ensure seamless client-server communication.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to define technical requirements and implement solutions that align with business objectives.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues to maintain platform stability and reliability.
• Apply best practices in UI/UX design to enhance usability, accessibility, and performance across multiple devices.
• Maintain version control, documentation, and testing practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies to improve development processes and application capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, including frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and backend programming (e.g., PHP, Python, Node.js, Java, C#).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, database systems (SQL), and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, npm) and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure (Active Directory, Webapps, Function Apps).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaboratively with distributed teams.
• Prior experience in chemical manufacturing is a plus but not required.
